Richard McDonald

Richard has 18 years experience as director of a leading Swiss international boarding school, and a further 20 years as a leader and educator in the UK and Switzerland. A UK and Swiss citizen and graduate of Oxford University, he has served on the Board of Round Square, chaired the Swiss Group of International Schools, led CIS school accreditation teams and is currently a founding Board member of the Villars Institute, a platform and community focused on restoring planetary health and mobilising intergenerational cooperation.
A passionate believer in promoting and modelling interdisciplinary and intercultural learning, positive mindset and enthusiasm, Richard is an active musician and naturalist.
Tim Benjamin

Tim has 25 years experience as a technology entrepreneur, along with a lifetime's experience as a composer of classical and commercial music, and opera. As a technologist he has taken part in several successful start-ups and worked at a senior level for large organisations including Accenture and WPP. As a composer his chamber music, operas, and orchestral works have been presented internationally, broadcast, filmed, and recorded. He is a member of the Jury of the George Enescu International Competition. His commercial music frequently appears worldwide on TV / radio, streaming services, and in films.
A passionate believer in the arts of communication and the power of storytelling to transform lives and shift opinion, he frequently speaks and writes on many subjects; his TED talk was titled “The Illusion of Inspiration”.
Anglo-French by birth and a Londoner by upbringing, he is now an adopted Yorkshireman. He is a graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music and Manchester University, and also holds a DPhil in Music and Economics from Oxford University.
Ingrid Salamon

Ingrid has 25 years experience in corporate branding, marketing, entrepreneurship and leadership coaching. A German citizen with an Executive MBA from Essec and Mannheim Business School and a Professional Certified Coach Diploma, she has worked in corporate settings in Ukraine, Russia and China, as well as in the UK and Switzerland.
Ingrid believes that education is the key to developing future leaders and creating impact on a global scale. Navigating cross-cultural dynamics and building strong relationships across borders underpins her work to create purposeful, high impact behaviours in organisations.
Kevin Foyle

Kevin has over 35 years experience in education, including 24 years as a head of four schools in the UK, China and Switzerland and four years as a regional director for a leading international school group. A graduate in History and Sports Science from the University of Loughborough, and a UK citizen, Kevin has a strong track record of developing and leading high performing teams, hiring capable managers and educators and shaping cross-discipline strategy in competitive environments.
As a professional sportsman at the start of his career, he has a keen interest in how to coach and motivate teams and individuals, optimising their mindset in the quest for personal and collective achievement and fulfilment.

Ruchika has over 20 years of experience as Social Welfare Director in a large-scale business with a workforce of over 80,000, focussing primarily on the development and oversight of welfare programmes.
An Indian citizen and graduate of Mahamaya Technical University, Noida, Ruchika's goal is to leverage her expertise in cultivating leadership qualities, providing children of all socio-economic levels with empowering learning opportunities locally and internationally. She believes that sustainable change can be accelerated through innovative educational, intercultural and emotional intelligence practices.

Howard is the Founder of start-up company Adventura Expeditions, providing transformational travel experiences to foster personal clarity, connection, and a sense of stewardship for our natural environment. A UK and Swiss citizen and graduate of Oxford University, he served for five years in the Royal Marines, worked as director of operations for an international educational services company and interned with the UN in Rwanda.
